Overcome obesity

Statistics clearly indicate that women suffer more with this disease then men. We have found that a staggering one third of women who are between twenty and seventy years old fall victim to overweight issues.

I have found myself that being overweight brings with it some serious illnesses: High blood pressure, Type II Diabetes, various types of cancer and heart disease all use obesity as a conduit to riddle our bodies with health challenges.

Moreover, I have found that feelings of low self esteem and even depression piggyback on this disease and find a way into our lives. Even when I was tackling my overweight issues I found that losing the first few pounds made a marked difference in my own personal outlook.

Lack of support
To make an already bad situation worse people were very insensitive with their unkind remarks and comments border on verbal abuse. That is a big problem that all of us overweight people face; the brutal comments of so called friends, working colleagues and sometimes even family.

We are discouraged enough because our clothes don’t fit any more. When we step outside of our door the ‘thin is in thing’ slaps us right in the face. More discouragement! We can do without those make-you-feel-great but pull-us-down comments thank you.

Unkind insensitive comments are particularly cutting when a person’s obesity can be linked to genetics or a medical issue. But you wouldn’t know that because my medical challenges are my personal business. So be kind and thoughtful to your overweight neighbors, after all, we have feelings too.

If you suffer with obesity, you must remember that you only have one body.

Losing weight
Losing weight is one of the objectives of every person in this earth.

You think I need to lose weight and get a permanent remedy cure to lose weight. You need to focus yourself to lose weight by focussing on your diet habits and have a plan and taking steps to lose fat. It may take few months and may be a year. But you shall lose fat finally.

The Main Factors To Focus To Lose weight is:

Diet:
Many people around the globe are fat because of the food habits which they adopt . So you need to focus diet and control it. Avoid oily and fast foods (burger, pizzas, hotdogs etc.)., Avoid to much table sugar intake (in tea, coffee & candies etc.),Non-veg should be used in white meat (like fishes). You need to consume more of juicy fruits , fibrous vegetables. Drink lot of Water.

Do Exercise:
Do physical exercises regularly, If you live in building or work in a office building with 5 floors or more, take the steps instead of the lift which automatically completes your exercise for the day. Additionally, you can do yoga which is one of the most popular and ancient technique of keeping the body healthier.

Doctor:
It is always advisable to have doctor's advise to in order to lose fat in your body . This will include your medical check up of your health .

Books:
Do read good books about losing your fat which will have plenty of information to learn.This may be procured from libraries and the internet.
